Patel Residence

The proposed Armaan Villa will be located within the Enchanted Forest development in Ahmedabad. The development is a cluster of six residential buildings and a clubhouse building and other support structures within a proposed Master Plan by Aniket Bhagwat, Landscape Architect. The Armaan villa is located within parcel 4 at the northwest corner of the site which is approximately 135480 sqft or 3.11 acres. The villa has views of the lake and clubhouse to the south and southeast. The general spatial and functional relationship between the spaces and the general orientation is primarily based on Vastu requirements. At GA we adapt the practical and scientific approach of Vastu. Sun orientation, ventilation, privacy, natural light, function, size, services, access, grading, and views are cohesively bonded with design principles and vastu. The design of the building attempts to combine the principles of historical architecture of Gujarat, cultural practices, and craftsmanship with modern living design principles and technology.
