TCS is a large scale master planning project for an information technology training institute located in Murukkumpuzhadistrict on the very southwestern edge of the Indian peninsula in the state of Kerala. The master plan encompasses training center, central library, administration office, residential, food service, commercial center, health center, recreational spaces with outdoor and indoor activities and infrastructural facilities. A number of green and sustainable methodologies are considered and utilized in preparing the master plan. The master planning interprets the campus within the LEED India definition of green building. The planning endures to Energy efficiency, sustainable site development and water saving methodologies.

Master Plan on a stretch of 15 acres with built-up of about 6,00,000sqft. It includes an International School, Sports Complex, Clock Tower, with future expansion possibilities for an Ayurvedic College and Hostel facilities.
The Clock Tower is a 60m tall structure possessing an observatory on top and a Commercial complex at its base.
The site includes a remarkably built Sports Complex with an Olympic size pool and other facilities like Malkhamb, Gymnastics, with a built-up of around 10,000sq ft. This facility would be open to members (exclusively on a membership basis) post office hours.
The International School is attached to such facilities as Sports Complex and Clock Tower. Noteworthy that the School has an eminent feature Podium for Primary and Pre-primary students.
