This 25,000 SF clubhouse is designed to be a glowing jewel on a podium, surrounded by high-rise residential towers. A large, tensile roof offers column-free space for a multi-purpose hall it protects. A double-skin cladding offers a contemporary lighting opportunity to the clubhouse.
EXXACT TECHOLOGIES HEADQUARTERS :
EXXACT is a fast-growing IT company formed in California with a main office in Pune. This new headquarters will house approx. 10,000 sqft. office space for 250 people in a 8 storey building. The structural system was designed to allow for a column free space. Solar shading devices were designed on the east and west façade whereas the south is blocked by a shear core.
The office furniture was designed in the center of the space away from the glazing in an open office configuration. The cavity floors and radiant cooling offered a clutter free ceiling for bounced diffused light. The terrace provided social gathering space for lunch and dinner. The parking is at 2 levels in a stacked configuration.
Located in Aamby valley, Lonavala, this vacation home for Mr. Agarwal comprises three storeys with large glass openings and cantilevered decks towards the views. A sloping hillside abutting the building was held back by a three-storey-high retaining wall forming the back wall of the building. Skylights separate the retaining wall from the main building, giving it a cathedral lighting effect. The materials used are white stucco plaster with wooden louvers and large glazed openings. A double-height living room with floating glass bridge bathe this residence with diffused day lighting.
