Located on a pristine beachfront property, Sheraton Kipe is a business hotel with 282 rooms and all the facilities that a Five-star hotel could possibly offer. This project utilized tunnel-form technology for the core and shell. The eleven-storey typical floors were built in a record time of five months. Challenges to build in a remote part of Africa were overcome using modern communication technology. This hotel is Platinum rated, and recognized as the first Green Hotel in Africa. Team GA is the provider of architecture and lighting services for the project.

Master Plan on a stretch of 15 acres with built-up of about 6,00,000sqft. It includes an International School, Sports Complex, Clock Tower, with future expansion possibilities for an Ayurvedic College and Hostel facilities.
The Clock Tower is a 60m tall structure possessing an observatory on top and a Commercial complex at its base.
The site includes a remarkably built Sports Complex with an Olympic size pool and other facilities like Malkhamb, Gymnastics, with a built-up of around 10,000sq ft. This facility would be open to members (exclusively on a membership basis) post office hours.
The International School is attached to such facilities as Sports Complex and Clock Tower. Noteworthy that the School has an eminent feature Podium for Primary and Pre-primary students. With the utmost safety of students kept in mind, outsiders and outside vehicles are prohibited from entering the campus without prior permission with an exceptional entry for students coming through the bus is provided to minimize external interaction and risk.
