Forbes Tower

The Forbes Headquarters, located in Wagholi – Pune, is a 3 Million Sqft, 100 M tall commercial tower – located in a master-planned township, designed by GA.
The linear site dictated a building that is very slender. With only 30 M width available, the floor plates were carefully designed to allow natural light from east and west and yet cut down glare and direct exposure. The use of horizontal fins at floor and ceiling assist solar shading. The use of light shelves ensured deeper natural light penetration into office spaces, ensuring a healthy working space. The building columns are transferred to a Y shaped columns at the podium level to reduce visual clutter in public spaces.
The core and refuge areas are located at the edge of the building to the east side allows reduction of the overall glass perimeter. Energy and daylight analysis were also done to optimize the glass envelope.

Clubhouse at W Estates

Clubhouse at Panchshil Towers

This 25,000 SF clubhouse is designed to be a glowing jewel on a podium, surrounded by high-rise residential towers. A large, tensile roof offers column-free space for a multi-purpose hall it protects. A double-skin cladding offers a contemporary lighting opportunity to the clubhouse.
