Rait

Above the Goan coastline, Rait is a study in horizontal living: stacked white decks, deep balconies and curved parapets that read like the wake of a passing boat against the palm canopy.

Apartments open through full-width glazing to the sea wind; pool terraces and gardens are woven through the section rather than left at the ground. The material palette is deliberately spare – render, timber, water – so the climate itself becomes the ornament.

Designed for Dynamix Group with architecture, interiors and lighting under one hand, the project carries GA's hospitality instincts into private life: arrival, sequence, view, retreat.
